I recently ordered American cherries for my relatives in Japan through Amazon JP, and I am delighted with the experience. The cherries were shipped promptly after I placed my order, and the shipping company, Yamato Transport, were very careful and noticed a discrepancy between the recipient’s last name and the name on the nameplate. The staff from the seller (四季の広場) promptly contacted me via the Amazon message system. I replied and explained that everything was correct. Since I am in America, I was unable to request redelivery from Yamato Transport online. I reached out to them once again and the staff from 四季の広場 contacted Yamato Transport for the redelivery. My relatives received the cherries the very next day.I had previously ordered American cherries from the Senka website for years, but when I discovered that Amazon JP offers a similar service, I decided to give it a try. Initially, I was a bit nervous about ordering from a new platform, but the exceptional service from 四季の広場 exceeded my expectations.Despite my limited knowledge of Japanese, the Amazon message system translated their messages into English, and I was able to respond in English as well. The staff’s quick response and helpfulness made the entire process smooth and worry-free.I am thrilled with this experience and will definitely order from 四季の広場 again next cherry season. スーパーでちょこちょこ買うのを繰り返してましたが当たり外れや、扱ってない時もあって初めてこちらで購入しました。
粒が大きく、弾力もあってとても満足です！

前回よかったのでリピしたのですが、今回は柔らかくなってるものが多々あり、受け取って3日目で既に腐ったり傷んでるものが…。
結構当たり外れ大きいかもです。

注文より早く到着しました有り難い、味も程よい味でした、もう一つ頼んでも良かったかな？

毎年頼んでいますが、粒が大きくて食べ応えがあります。傷んでいるものはほとんど見かけません。アメリカンチェリーが大好きなので、また利用します。
